Our downtown Evansville, Indiana building can be rented for $300 time slots: 8:00am - 1:00 pm or 2:00pm - 7:00pm, or an entire day 8:00am - 7:00pm for $600, times rented include set up and tear down. Needing a different rental time? We will try our best to accommodate.

 

The building has two floors, can hold 100 people (main level has seating for 56), includes a green wall (10 ft by 10 ft), and the optional (free) use of a customized neon sign, and a large gold decorating hoop (7 ft 2 in). There is a kitchen (no oven), two bathrooms, rooftop patio, two smart TVs, and smart privacy windows. Our parking lot fits 24 cars in addition to downtown parking.

 

Optional add-ons include:  gold arches set of three $15,   arch covers $6,   cheesecloths $3,   cocktail tables $15,   black cloth table covers $6,   kid's white bounce house $200,   donut stand $10, cupcake wheel $5.
