Private Event Rental

Our downtown Evansville, Indiana building can be rented for $300 time slots: 8:00am - 1:00 pm or 2:00pm - 7:00pm, or an entire day 8:00am - 7:00pm for $600. Needing a different rental time? We will try our best to accommodate.

 

Depending on availability you can set up the day before (cannot guarantee). The building has two floors, can hold 100 people (main level has seating for 56), includes a green wall (10 ft by 10 ft), and the optional (free) use of a customized neon sign, and large gold decorating hoop (7 ft 2 in). There is a kitchen (no oven), two bathrooms, rooftop patio, two smart TVs, and smart privacy windows. Optional add-ons include:  gold arches, arch covers, cheesecloths, cocktail tables, black cloth table covers, kid's bounce house, donut stand, and cupcake wheel. Co-Working

We have a large open lobby, modern 2nd floor board room, along with 2 private offices for rent. Located within walking distance of many downtown restaurants, attached private parking, and a rooftop turf patio, ECP is the perfect choice for co-working in Evansville, Indiana. The offices come furnished with one office chair, desk, and two lounge chairs. However, if you need the space and do not need the furnishings, they can be removed. We are open to all professions that need a small space for rent, not just office jobs, Daily rental only, subject to availability.
