Private Event Rental
4/28/26 update: We are temporarily pausing our half-day rental option due to an increase in damages from recent bookings. Our goal has always been to offer an affordable, modern space, but we’ve reached a point where we need to reassess our pricing and policies to maintain the quality of the facility. Additionally, our utility costs have risen significantly, with our CenterPoint bill increasing by approximately 60%.
We are still accepting full-day rentals at $600. If you would like to be notified when half-day rentals become available again, please email us at info@ecpesop.com to be added to our contact list.

Our downtown Evansville, Indiana building can be rented for $300 time slots: 8:00am - 1:00 pm or 2:00pm - 7:00pm, or an entire day 8:00am - 7:00pm for $600, times rented include set up and tear down. Wanting a different rental time? We will try our best to accommodate. Any additional hours needed outside of our 5 hour rental price is $100/ hour.
The building has two floors, can hold 100 people (main level has seating for 56 in an 28x23 ft area), includes a green wall (10 ft by 10 ft), and the optional (free) use of a customized neon sign, and a large gold decorating hoop (7 ft 2 in). There is a kitchen (no oven), two bathrooms, rooftop patio, two smart TVs, and smart privacy windows. Our parking lot fits 24 cars in addition to downtown parking.
Optional add-ons include: gold arches set of three $15, arch covers $6, cheesecloths $3, cocktail tables $15, black cloth table covers $6, kid's white bounce house $200, donut stand $10, cupcake wheel $5.
